Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Rates
- United States: $6.99 flat rate
- All other countries: $12.99 flat rate
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the same for most standard orders. Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy items (if any). These will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date).

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
