Shipping Policy

At GearSenpai, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our customers in the United States. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders delivered within the United States:

  • Shipping Fee: $5.99 (USD) per order.

  • The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

All our products are custom-made and printed on demand to ensure the highest quality.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time – CT) – Monday to Friday.

  • Handling Time (Production): 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time (Shipping): 7 – 12 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days. Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (Domestic services)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Please contact us at support@gearsenpai.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has entered the production phase, we cannot guarantee any changes.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is processed for production and cannot be canceled.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gearsenpai.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.
