Refund and Returns Policy
At GearSenpai, we stand behind the quality of our products. Since our items are custom-made and printed on demand, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure a fair process for everyone.
1. Return Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your order. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Reason for Return: We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., printing errors, torn fabric, or receiving the wrong design/size).

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “wrong size ordered” as each product is custom-made for you.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received a defective item, please follow the return process below for a refund.
4. Return Process
If your item is defective, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email support@gearsenpai.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage.

Get Your Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Shipping Label.

Method: Returns are accepted By Mail.

Return Label Cost: You can Download and Print the label from your email. The return shipping is Free of charge for defective products.
5. Fees

Restocking Fees: There is No Cost (No restocking fee) for returns of defective items.

Return Shipping: Free (provided via our pre-paid label).
6. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Processing Time: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
