1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order? Since our products are custom-made (Print-on-Demand), the total delivery time is split into two parts:

Production Time: 1 – 3 business days.

Shipping Time: 8 – 12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 8 – 15 business days.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment secure? Yes, absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your data, and we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed through industry-leading secure gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we start production quickly, you can only change your address or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us at support@gearsenpai.com immediately if you need to make changes.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective items and non-defective items (such as change of mind or unsatisfied with the product).

How long do I have to request a return? You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Are there any return fees? No. We provide a free pre-paid return label (download and print) for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. PRODUCTS & QUALITY
What is Print-on-Demand (POD)? Print-on-Demand means your product is printed specifically for you only after you place an order. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and environmental impact.
Where are your products made? We partner with professional printing facilities located in the United States to ensure high-quality materials and fast domestic shipping.
