Refund and Returns Policy

At GearSenpai, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Window We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your order. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be in New condition, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Accepted Reasons: We accept returns for both defective products (printing errors, damaged items) and non-defective products (if you are not satisfied with the item).

3. Exchanges We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us at support@gearsenpai.com within the 30-day window.

4. Return Process If you wish to return or exchange your item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email support@gearsenpai.com with your order number.

  • Get Your Label: Once your request is processed, we will provide a Return Shipping Label via email.

  • Method: Returns are accepted By Mail.

  • Return Label Cost: You can Download and Print the label from your email. The return shipping is Free of charge (No cost) for both defective and non-defective items.

5. Fees

  • Restocking Fees: There is No Cost (No restocking fee) for any returns.

  • Return Shipping: Free (provided via our pre-paid label).

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Processing Time: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gearsenpai.com.
