Production & Processing Time

At GearSenpai, all of our products — including our custom Hawaiian-style shirts — are custom-made and freshly produced. This means we begin producing your item only after the order is placed, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, craftsmanship, and originality.

Production time: 1–7 business days depending on product complexity.
Processing time includes: Design printing, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.

Please note:
Time to receive goods = Production Time + Delivery Time

Shipping Rates

You can order as many items as you like — we charge one flat shipping rate per order:

Domestic (U.S.): $4.99 flat rate
International: $12.99 flat rate

Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery times, including production and shipping, are estimated as follows:

Within the United States: 6–12 business days
Other Countries: 11–19 business days

Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine potential additional costs before placing your order.

Customs processing may sometimes delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Late Deliveries

While most orders ship and arrive on time, occasional delays can happen. Common causes include:
